The assemblage team of SIA “Akurāts” will transport to, install, and dismantle the tent you have selected at any city, village, or rural territory. Akurāts offers assemblage of tents

The STAR and 3 by 3 m tent are exceptions – assemblage and dismantling of these tents are performed by the customer. These tents are not delivered and the client must pick it up at the “Akurāts” warehouse in Riga, Jaunmīlgrāvis, at 2 Aplokciema Street on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 o’clock

When planning an event and assemblage of the tent, you will have to make arrangements ahead of time in regards to the time and place of venue, the desired time for assemblage and dismantling the tent. Furthermore, the client will have to take into consideration the following conditions for assemblage of the tent:

1. Access road and suitability thereof for delivery of tent to the site;
2. Distance to the tent location from Riga;
3. Tent assemblage and dismantling time
4. Suitability of the site for the tent dimensions.

Access road and suitability thereof

When starting to plan your event, make sure that the tent site can be accessed by vehicles, cargo buses, or cargo trucks (depending on the size of the deliverable tent). An access road is a mandatory condition for “Akurāts” assemblage team to perform tent installation works. In case of doubt, the “Akurāts” team will arrive at the site and assess suitability of the access road.

Tents sized 5 by 5 m, 10 by 20 m, 10 by 50 m, 10 by 60 m, 12 by 50 m are delivered in a 3.5 t cargo bus. However tents sized 20 by 75 m, 20 by 25 m are delivered in a 12 t cargo truck. Therefore the access road surface must be sufficiently solid in order for the cargo vehicle to access the tent installation site without any obstacles.

Distance to the tent location from Riga

The distance to tent installation site from Riga is of importance when calculating the time needed for tent transporting and additional transport costs.

When delivering the tents, 100 km are on average covered within 1.5 h.

Delivery of tents within boundaries of Riga is free of charge, however beyond Riga the fee is 0.50 santims per each kilometre (price includes VAT). When calculating the transportation costs, the kilometre count from Riga to the place of assemblage is multiplied by four – 2 times for assemblage, 2 times for dismantling. Thus, for instance, delivery of a tent to Cēsis (Riga - Cesis = 87 km) will cost 87 km x LVL 0.50 x 4 = LVL 174.00.

Tent assemblage and dismantling time

If you have ordered a tent, the assemblage team of “Akurāts” will transport, assemble, and dismantle it. Assemblage of each tent requires various amount of time – the small tents (up to 50 sq. m.) will be ready within 40 minutes, while the bigger tents will require up to 8 hours.

In order to have a successful event, provide time for assemblage of the selected tent and additional equipment (floors, tables, benches, heaters) in advance:

An important factor is the time needed for dismantling – in order to dismanatle it within the planned time and remove it from the venue. Therefore, when planning an event, you must take into account that dismantling of the relevant tent will take equal amount of time as assemblage of the tent.

Of course, the assemblage time will be affected by such factors as weather, location, and accessibility, various other conditions (for instance, no access road to the site, vehicles blocking the way, or if permits are necessary to enter the territory). The customer must provide for or eliminate such situations.

Suitability of the site for the tent dimensions

Prior to planning assemblage of the tent at the selected location, make sure that the capacity of the location is correspondent with the dimensions of the selected tent, i.e. - whether there is sufficient space for floor and sufficient height for the tent walls and gable.
