Any of the 500m² tents can be extended every five meters, thus adjusting the area for the needs of your event and the count of the planned visitors. In addition, various types of walls will be available: classic, retracted and with a window.

Installation of the tent:
Assemblage of the tent can be performed at sites that can be accessed by vehicles. The assemblage and dismantling works are performed by the employees of SIA “Akurāts”. See the assemblage times at the assemblage time table. The tent is fixed with 80cm long nails, which are driven into soil. If the surface is asphalt covered, 19 mm holes are bored. In order for the tent to be stable, cables are affixed to the edges of the tent. In order to perform successful assemblage, it is important to prepare and coordinate the tent location in advance.
Delivery:
Delivery within boundaries of Riga is free of charge, for deliveries outside Riga: 0.50 LVL per 1 km (prices shown include VAT). Delivery of the tent is carried out with a 3.5 t cargo bus.
Conditions of Use:
- The client may not perform assemblage/ dismantling of the tent individually;
- Parts of the tent (plugs, tensioners, cables tents, etc.) may not be dismantled;
- It must be ensured that the tent fabric is not damaged with sharp or hot objects
- It must be ensured that the tent is not damaged by chemical substances (paints, acids, glues, etc.), as well as avoid mechanical damage
- During windy weather conditions, close all drapes of the tent
- Placement of any decorations and advertising materials must be arranged in advance with the employees of SIA “Akurāts”
- Hanging up any objects to the aluminium construction of the tent must be coordinated in advance with the employees of SIA “Akurāts”.
